Returns & Refunds Policy
Faulty Products:
- We will replace any product that arrives faulty or defective. The faulty item will need to be returned to us for confirmation of defect.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault
- We inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality
Damaged During Shipping
- If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace the item for cost of shipping only.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
- Please choose carefully as all sales are final unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit
Hygiene & Safety
- For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on goggles that have been worn or used.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us at cindy@myswimessentials.com.au with your order number, photos, and description of the issue
- We'll assess your claim within 2 business days
- Approved replacements will be sent within 5 business days
