Returns & Refunds Policy

Faulty Products:

  • We will replace any product that arrives faulty or defective. The faulty item will need to be returned to us for confirmation of defect. 
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault
  • We inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality

Damaged During Shipping

  • If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace the item for cost of shipping only. 
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
  • Please choose carefully as all sales are final unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit

Hygiene & Safety

  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on goggles that have been worn or used.

How to Make a Claim

  • Contact us at cindy@myswimessentials.com.au with your order number, photos, and description of the issue
  • We'll assess your claim within 2 business days
  • Approved replacements will be sent within 5 business days
